Pregnancy is a big job — and eating well shouldn’t be a luxury. The Pregnancy Pantry is here to help expectant and new moms keep their kitchens stocked with healthy, easy-to-make food that supports energy, healing, and baby’s development.
This program is open to women who are enrolled in the Healthy Futures Prenatal Program and is offered at no cost thanks to local community funding.
Whether you're dealing with morning sickness, postpartum fatigue, or just trying to stretch your grocery budget — we're here to help fill the gaps with compassion and care
What is the Pregnancy Pantry?
What You Might Find in the Pantry:
Our pantry is stocked with care — with items chosen to support energy, digestion, and overall wellness for both mom and baby.
Whole grains – brown rice, quinoa, whole wheat pasta
Canned goods – beans, lentils, tomatoes, salmon
Fresh, frozen, or canned fruits and vegetables
Nuts and seeds – almonds, chia seeds, pumpkin seeds
Other seasonal or nourishing items – leafy greens, canned squash or pumpkin, low-sodium soups
Why It Matters
It’s convenient. Quick, nourishing meals when you're too tired or busy to shop.
It’s supportive. We’ll never judge — we just want to help you feel your best.
It’s nutritious. These foods are chosen to meet the needs of pregnancy and postpartum recovery.
It’s one less thing to worry about. Let us take something off your plate — or put something on it.
